T&TG TRADE PARTNERSHIP DECLARATION By submitting this B2B Trade Application Form, the applicant formally declares and agrees that:

(i) All information provided is accurate, complete and legally binding;
(ii) The applicant agrees to operate under the terms of T&TG Trade Corporation's Seller/Buyer Agreement, governed by Ontario law and the laws of the applicant's country of operation;
(iii) Import and export operations commenced pursuant to this application are subject to all applicable customs, trade and food safety regulations including CFIA (Canada), UCDA (Uganda), KCB (Kenya), and EU food safety standards;
(iv) T&TG Trade Corporation reserves the right to approve, reject or request additional documentation before granting trade partner status;
(v) Communication and marketing consent is granted in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), S.C. 2010, c. 23.
