• Order information: Delivery address, destination country, product quantities, payment references
• Financial information: We do not store credit card or mobile money details: payments are processed by third-party processors (Flutterwave/Stripe)
• Loyalty programme data: Points earned, referral history, withdrawal requests
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, session cookies, page visit timestamps

5. Cookies (PIPEDA + Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation)

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We may share limited data with:

• Payment processors (Flutterwave, Stripe): for payment authorisation only
• Cloudinary: for image storage (profile photos, product images)
• Render.com: our hosting provider (servers located in USA)

Any international data transfer complies with PIPEDA Schedule 1, Principle 7 (safeguards).

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active, plus 7 years after account closure as required by Canadian tax law (CRA record-keeping requirements under the Income Tax Act). Order records are retained for 7 years for audit purposes.

• Correct inaccurate information

• Request deletion of your account and associated data (subject to legal retention requirements)
